TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

Founding Agricultural Circle — Officine Petrucci

Overview

The Founding Agricultural Circle is a limited membership offering access to Officine Petrucci's estate, products, and evolving cultural program over a defined period.

Membership is not a product purchase. It is a contribution toward the development and continuity of the estate and its activities.

Membership Structure

  • Membership is limited to a small number of members, selected by personal invitation.

  • Each membership is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing.

  • Membership duration: five years from date of confirmation.

Contribution

  • Membership requires a one-time contribution of €5,000.

  • This contribution supports agricultural production, restoration, and programming at the estate.

  • The contribution is not an investment and does not confer ownership, equity, or financial return.

Member Access & Benefits

Members will receive access to:

  • Estate products. Periodic allocations including olive oil, honey, saffron, and botanical preparations. Over the course of the membership, this will include an annual allocation of approximately 20 bottles of estate olive oil, subject to seasonal conditions and production variability.

  • Private gatherings and events. Invitations to harvest moments, seasonal gatherings, and cultural programming.

  • Stays at the casale. Members are entitled to a total of 21 bedroom-nights at the casale over the course of the five-year membership. These may be taken as a single stay occupying the full house, distributed across multiple shorter visits, or structured around a single room — in any combination agreed in advance based on availability and scheduling.

  • Early access. Priority access to new offerings and limited productions.

All benefits are subject to seasonal conditions, availability, and operational considerations.

Estate & Production Disclaimer

Officine Petrucci operates within agricultural cycles and natural systems. As such:

  • Production volumes may vary year to year.

  • Certain experiences or products may be delayed, adjusted, or unavailable.

  • Weather, environmental conditions, and external factors may affect operations.

Members acknowledge and accept this variability as inherent to the nature of the project.

Conduct & Use

Members agree to:

  • Respect the estate, its spaces, and its rhythms.

  • Engage with the project in good faith and with discretion.

  • Not use membership for commercial resale or unauthorized promotion.

Officine Petrucci reserves the right to revoke membership in cases of misuse or inappropriate conduct.

Modification

Officine Petrucci may refine or evolve aspects of the membership offering over time, provided the spirit and intent of the program remain intact.
