REFUND POLICY

General Principle

Membership contributions are non-refundable.

The contribution is made to support a living, evolving project and is not tied to the delivery of a fixed set of goods or services.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Administrative error (e.g. duplicate payment)

• Inability of Officine Petrucci to deliver the program in a fundamental way (e.g. project discontinuation)

Any exception is at the sole discretion of Officine Petrucci.

No Partial Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for partial use, non-use, or inability to attend events or stays

• Seasonal variations or changes in programming do not qualify for refunds

Transfer

Membership may be transferred to another individual only upon written approval.
